To become a DiiVA Adopter:

2. Please mail two completed and signed copies of the Adopter Agreement to:

3. Upon receipt of two completed and signed copies of the Adopter Agreement, the licensing agent will return one fully executed copy to you and provide you with an invoice for your annual fee payment, per the terms of the Adopter Agreement. Your status as an Adopter will be pending until the licensing agent has received payment of the annual fee in full.
